WorkHere is Hereford’s community workspace, based right in the centre of the city on the first, second and third floor above Coffee #1. Surrounded by the best of Hereford’s high street and independent retailers and coffee shops, WorkHere is our community hub for freelancers, solopreneurs, sole traders and small business owners.
We’ve brought coworking to Hereford with a range of safe and flexible options from open-plan workspaces, quiet spaces for focused work, private office space to hire, and meeting rooms. Available as a monthly membership or one-off day bookings, there’s something here to suit everyone.
THE FIRST FLOOR
Our first floor provides a safe working environment for 10+ people. You’ll find spacious desks fully equipped with screens, keyboards, cables and a lovely comfy desk chair!
This is also where our communal kitchen can be found, with tea and coffee, a fridge, a microwave and a space to grab your lunch and chat to fellow coworkers.
If you’re looking for somewhere with a quiet, productive feel where you can get your head down and get your work done then you’ll love our first floor!
*Our first floor is accessed via one set of stairs and as 4-5 High Town is well over 100 years old there are some uneven surfaces and steps between rooms.
the second floor
The Meeting Room on our second floor is the perfect, professional space for meetings, workshops and training sessions and is available for hire by members and non-members. Accommodating 12 people, our meeting room has lovely views over High Town and is equipped with a full HD 50” screen with HDMI, VGA and USB input, water glasses and jugs, wifi access for all attendees and catering services available on request. Toilets are located on both the first and second floors.

the third floor
Our third floor provides our busiest, buzziest, communal space for collaborative working, with beautiful views over High Town and the rooftops of Hereford city centre. Cwtched up on the top floor of this historic building, with high ceilings and plenty of character, we have a large workspace with dedicated high-speed wifi.
